Sous Chef


Porta Altrincham are looking for a Sous Chef.

You will be a creative chef with knowledge & experience of tapas, European, and Spanish cuisine.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ordering & stock managemen
  • Creating ‘specials’
  • Training and managing junior staff
  • Ensuring that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety
