Chance for businesses to shine at Altrincham Unlimited BID Awards
Altrincham Unlimited has announced the launch of a mystery customer programme, culminating in the Altrincham Unlimited BID Awards to celebrate customer service excellence in Altrincham.
In partnership with Storecheckers, 100 businesses in the BID area will have the opportunity to take part in a town-wide mystery customer exercise, which will provide detailed feedback on the customer experience, with the best performing then honoured at an Awards evening.
Open to businesses in the BID area from any sector, a team of mystery customers will visit or contact each of the 100 businesses and score them on a variety of criteria including initial contact, product and pricing, service, sales, website, venue image, staff image, local knowledge and satisfaction. Once all visits and contacts are complete, each participating business will receive their scoring and a bespoke report, as well as a debrief session with a member of Storecheckers.
On Tuesday 20th June, the official Altrincham Unlimited BID Awards will take place at the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, recognising the highest scoring businesses in a number of categories, and will be hosted by Beccy Barr, journalist and presenter on the BBC's North West Tonight. The Awards evening will provide great networking for attendees, and businesses will able to collect individual feedback reports and schedule one-to-one debrief sessions with Storecheckers.

Entry to the Awards programme is strictly limited to 100 businesses and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis – so all businesses are encouraged to register their interest as soon as possible.
