Goose Green Festival Full Line-Up & Stage Times Announced

With only 10 days to go until Goose Green Festival 2019 the full line-up and stage times have been announced.  The FREE festival takes place over two days on the Saturday and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend (24th & 25th August) with live music from 12-8pm on Saturday and 11.20-8pm on Sunday.

Organisers Altrincham Unlimited, Altrincham’s Business Improvement District (BID) has again teamed up with the Goose Green Traders to bring an impressive line-up of bands and singers to Goose Green, kicking-off each day with a local choir, followed by a mixture of artists playing original music and covers. 

Performances on the Saturday will start with the Artful Voices Choir followed by acts including Luna Bay, Delights, Carl North and the Lonely Hearts, 32 Tens, The Zangwills, The Covasettes, Claire L Shaw and the Jailbirds.

On Sunday, first up is The Music Place Choir followed by artists including Argh Kid, Only Sun, Camens, Pacific, Natalie Shay, Freeda, Edie Bens and The Absolute Stone Roses, with a special performance by Nigel Clark from Dodgy.

Children’s entertainment on both days will include face painting, circus skills, paper crafts and they’ll even be the chance for families to help decorate bikes for Goose Green ahead of next months Tour of Britain, when the final stage of the race departs Altrincham on Saturday 14th September.

The bands will be playing a great mix of original material and covers so there’ll be something for everyone.  The food and drink on offer from the Goose Green restaurants and bars is always fabulous.
