The food and drink scene in Altrincham gets better and better, with an impressive selection of options for eating and drinking throughout the day and into the night.
Café culture is strong in Altrincham and coffee is never in short supply, with a number of well-known chains to choose from, alongside specialist independent coffee shops each with their own identity and charm. Afternoon-tea lovers are also well catered for, with several vintage-style tea rooms in the town centre.

The reopening of the Market House in 2014 as a gastro food hub brought something unique to Altrincham, with a carefully chosen selection of purveyors of food & drink operating in the beautifully restored building.
