Henry Yau, Managing Director at WowYauChow said:

“The kind support we have had since opening has been absolutely amazing and we are very grateful to Altrincham for embracing us into the community! We’d like to say a massive thank you and a very happy Chinese New Year to all our followers and ask for them to join us for lunch on Wednesday 6th to see in the year of the pig!”

The story of WowYauChow is one of great authenticity as it comes from a long line of family run Chinese eateries, both past and present. Working with and developing old family recipes, its MD Henry Yau has enjoyed exploring his roots whilst embarking on the next stage of the journey with Chinese food.

From Wednesday 6th – Sunday 17th February, WowYauChow will also be offering exciting mystery prizes for every table that dines with them over the Chinese New Year period; each table will receive a red envelope containing a prize ranging from a delicious complimentary cocktail to a meal for two voucher worth £50.

It is a Chinese tradition that on special occasions, red envelopes are gifted to relatives and friends as the colour red is regarded as a symbol of energy, happiness and good luck. WowYauChow pays homage to this tradition by bestowing happiness and blessings to their followers with the giving of red envelopes.
