Firm wide expansion for Price Slater Gawne
Price Slater Gawne solicitors are delighted to announce the growth of their in-house Costs and Wills, Trusts and Probate departments, with the appointment of Anna Sinclair and Marie Fletcher, following recent expansion in other areas of the firm.
Victoria Price, Director at Price Slater Gawne commented:
“We are currently undergoing a period of exponential growth which has seen us expand our teams in all areas. - At Price Slater Gawne, we are committed to supporting our clients through every step; whether they have a medical negligence case, a family matter, a serious injury, or they need Court of Protection assistance, wills, trusts and probate advice or costs services – we offer all round support. We employ forward thinking individuals who are not afraid of change and improvement and enjoy working with similar people. The new members of our team have all started with us during COVID lock down and their ability to settle in and to get to grips with their case loads quickly and to develop great relationships with their colleagues, remotely is a testament to their ability, experience and resilience”.
Anna Sinclair has joined the Costs team as a Costs Lawyer; a role which sees her involved in the preparation of Bills of Costs, costs pleadings and negotiations. Anna will be involved in costs management for medical negligence cases of varying complexity and value.
Regarding joining the Price Slater Gawne team, Anna commented:
“I am really pleased to join Price Slater Gawne and be part of their ongoing growth. They have a forward thinking - no nonsense approach to costs recovery and they are always trying to find ways to keep ahead of the curve. I am looking forward to being part of this innovative costs team and its future development as well as being part of the Firm.”
Marie Fletcher has joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate department as a Legal Assistant, working alongside Laura Bywater. Within this role, Marie will work with new and existing clients to assist them in making plans for the future, aligned to their personal circumstances. Marie is experienced in all aspects of Wills and Probate, with a particular emphasis on estate administration.
Commenting on joining the team, Marie said:
“I am delighted to be joining the team. The department is looking to expand over coming months and I am pleased to be playing a part in that. The best part of the role is the interaction with clients; helping them to achieve their goals, guiding them through the will making process and through the probate process too. Sometimes people can have difficult issues to contend with, sometimes their instructions are straight forward - no two situations are the same. It’s an interesting and rewarding role and I really enjoy it.”
